KLM Movies and More app for iPhone and iPad

The KLM Movies&more iPad Application provides a real-time complete listing of all the
entertainment on board KLMs intercontinental fleet. Movies, TV, Music and Kids
programming are listed with synopsis and ratings. Preview trailers for the categories Latest,
Recent and Dutch movies. Or check out the Favourites functionality as well as Facebook,
Twitter and email sharing

Q: Will it be possible to see future months programming?
A: This is something we only support the current month. We intend supporting in future
releases.

Q: Does the main image slideshow change each month?
A: Yes, on launch the App is showing the latest content for the month.

Q: How will the App update?
A: The App will update at the beginning of each month. The update procedure is automatic
and your device has to be connected to the Internet.

Q: What happens when Im not connected?
A: The content listings without images will be downloaded every time there is a content
update available (beginning of each month). When youre connected, the images will load
and those images will be cached for future use. If theres no connection and the images
have not yet been downloaded a placeholder image will appear.

Q: The App takes quite long time to load, why is that?
A: When there is a content update available, the App will download all the monthly listings. If
your Internet connection is slow, or you’re on mobile network (such as 3G) it might take
longer than usual to download the information.

Q: Why are some images not high quality on my iPad?
A: Image content quality is down to availability, however we anticipate this will only improve
in time.

Q: I tried to watch a movie trailer but nothing’s happening. Why is that?
A: Movie trailers are streamed to your device through the Internet. You may not have
connection to the Internet or be experiencing low bandwidth (you maybe viewing over
mobile network).

Q: I posted a link to my Timeline on Facebook but I can only see the movie title and the
synopsis, no images. Why is that?
A: There is strict copyright usage on images that promote our content, which restricts their
placement on sites like Facebook at this time.

Q: Is entertainment available on all wide body aircraft types?
A: Due to various inflight entertainment systems it is possible that some of the content is not
featured during your flight.
